An online purchase can be returned to us by mail within 30 days after purchase. Product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Please Note: shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped, or you received defective merchandise. As a small woman-owned business we’re conscious of our cost of doing business therefore if you received an additional item as a condition of spending a particular amount, the shipping cost and value of the item will be deducted from the refund amount.
